Cancellation Policy
We all know emergencies happen — and I'm here to help. I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancelled appointment. My preparation for your visit begins well before that time, and advance notice lets me accommodate other patients on the waiting list.
A $100 fee is charged for late cancellations within 48 hours, and the full appointment fee is charged for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as for no-show visits. Regretfully, two consecutive cancellations without proper notice — or two no-shows — will result in discharge from the practice.
